How to Make a Apple Peach Hard Cider

A little experiment today. I found some dried peaches to add to my hard cider. The experiment is I added the fruit to the primary instead of racking it to a secondary fermenter. I’m trying to stream line my process. The cool thing about the one gallon batches they are good for experimenting. Enjoy and please subscribe.
